… Or, er, well, it’s a start, anyway. I am signed up with Redbubble and have uploaded one image so far, so I wanted to crow about it. I just spent a couple of hours figuring out how to do it, preparing the image for the size they needed, and then editing all the different products — really kind of fun, but also time consuming.
The image I chose is the last page from Mermaid Music, Chapter One. If you’ve been reading the comic you’ll recognize it — if not, go check out my webcomic, it’s all there, the story so far, for free, 41 pages! But not until you’ve checked out the Redbubble shop, because after all, that’s what I’m crowing about here.
Here’s the image I put in my shop, and it’s available in prints, cards, t-shirts (yes! and looks darned good that way!), mugs, phone cases, pencil skirts of all things (who wears those?), some adorable little totes, and a few other things. I put a border around it that only shows up on the prints and cards, because it had kind of an indefinite edge. Now I want to order all my products so I can hug them!
I’ll be uploading more designs soon; it takes a fair amount of time for each one, so I’m going to try plugging away at one per day. Keep an eye on my shop — which you can find here!!! — I’ll do updates here every week or so on what I’ve added, for a while. If you want up-to-the-minute, breathless, oh-gosh-I’m-so-excited reports, you can follow me on my Facebook page and on Twitter. I’m sure I’m going to be bragging about this stuff a lot for a while — it’s like having a shiny new toy to play with!

Congrats! This venue sounds like a great place to sell your art as it seems pretty versatile. Break a leg!

Thanks, Ilex! I was having dreams last night about all the different ways I could tailor images to fit the different products — sort of feels like a new hobby!
